Ninety minutes of working on your own thing, with people who will actually hold you to it.

Your first sessions are about your talent, not a textbook. Confidence first, business model second.
Point it at a problem worth solving.
Something that actually bugs you, in a world you already care about. Then you build the thing that fixes it.
Sell it at the Launchpad.
Once a month you pitch live and sell at the youth marketplace. Take the feedback, do it again next month. Seed funding goes to founders who keep showing up.
